Very disappointed

We purchased two recliners from Macy’s in May of 2023. One stopped working in April 2024. A repair person came out and told us he could not fix it because parts were unavailable. Macy’s sent us a new chair which was great except that chair broke in December 2024. A repair person came out and fixed it but it broke again in January. Macy’s gave us a partial refund. One week later the other chair broke and that was no longer under warranty. No surprise that the chairs are no longer available

Received poor quality chair

Well it’s not like the one in the store. The leather I got is not true on top of it the seat caved in. Very disappointing I’ve been to the store several times before I purchased and does not match the one I received!

I have not received it yet. Ordered4 weeks ago, online stated it was un stoack and ready to ship. That is not true. Told it was backordered after the sale went through. If i had known this, i would not have ordered it. Still waiting, no answers my inquiries.

At age 79 I was not strong enough to push up and down our current recliners (also purchased from Macy’s!) This recliner feels custom made for me. I am 5’3” tall - so short! So this new electric recliner allows me to be independent. It was delivered in 4 days. All in all, great service!

Sales person Tanya, was helpful and knowledgeable! Text alerts for delivery were timely and appreciated. Delivery was on time and workers were cordial and careful.

Surprisingly disappointed.

I loved our old leather power recliner from Macy's -- so comfortable! -- but when the leather finally wore through at 10 yrs, I hoped they still carried it. They don't, so I chose this one instead. It seemed comfy enough in the store on my brief tryout, but at home after about 10 minutes it gets downright uncomfortable. Not enough support in the headrest and at just 5'5" my legs hang over the end several inches. On top of that, it makes a worrisome thump/clunk underneath the seat when I get up. I've tried to tell myself it's OK, but it's a real disappointment. Not recommended. White Glove delivery was excellent, though.
