not happy with Estee lip liner

I was disappointed that this pencil wasn't a wind up type; it requires a sharpener which I usually avoid because of the wasted product when sharpening. I decided I'd try it anyway. The first line I drew on my lips caused the tip to break off to the wood. I really wish Estee would bring back the refillable style of lip liner that I've been enjoying for almost 20 years. I will have to find another brand until then.

AWFUL!!!

The LIP LINER PENCIL does NOT sharpen with a sharpener made for these! Bring BACK the lip liner refill!!!!

Disappointed

I can’t even begin to describe how disappointed I am that Estee Lauder discontinued its Automatic Lip Liner Duo. I’ve been using Fig for DECADES, and it is one of my all-time favorite products, easy to use, goes on smoothly, stays put for hours, doesn’t look fake, and travels with me everywhere I go (WITHOUT NEED OF A SHARPENER!). Please bring back this product that so many of your loyal customers rely upon. I’ve tried the sample new/replacement pencils, and they’re worthless. If EL is trying to save money, it could easily lose the brush end (I personally have never used it), but the pencil itself is IRREPLACEABLE!

Quality liner

Love this lip liner alone or with lipstick. It glides on nicely and stays all day. Mauve is my fav!
