Excellent Personal Service by Juan from The Falls

Bought Estee Lauder Foundation online; unfortunately, the shade was too dark for my skin complexion. Decided to go and exchange it. Went to The Falls Macy's Store in Miami, and there was no staff at the Estee Lauder Counter; but I spoke to Juan from Chanel, who candidly explained that he was not an Estee Lauder expert but would do his best to help me. Indeed, he went the extra mile, tested different foundations on me, and finally found the perfect shade. He exchanged the foundation for me, I was so surprised and pleased with his caring attention that I decided to buy an eyeliner from Chanel because he inspired me, I wish there were more staff like him. Definitely a Five Star service, he won a Chanel client just for his service. Thank you Juan from The Falls.... Big hugs!
