the end of an era

This foundation was the one I could always count on for my oily skin. It stays all day long and gave me full coverage. The replacement doesn't light a candle to this. I am so disappointed that the foundation was not reformulated better for those who truly love it. You will lose customers and I am one.

Changed Formula Without Notice

I was introduced to Estee Lauder Double Wear right after Hurricane Katrina by an East Indian Costmetics Professional. Just like that all of the stress dark spots on my face disappeared. Ladies would come up to me and compliment me on my flawless skin. Of course, I would share my Estee secret. So imagine my horror when I opened the bottled I purchased in 2025. Thin liquid with NO coverage. But the title on the bottle was the same. M Shame on you Estee Lauder why tamper with perfection!! My sister and cousin have rhe same experience. I can no longer recommend this product.

New formula is sadly a no for me

I was wondering what was wrong with the most recent bottle of double wear. It's not as pigmented and coverage in areas that were red etc were not being covered like my previous bottle of the same color.thought I was crazy then saw they changed the formula. Why? Like literally why dude? Horrible. Those of us that are looking for full coverage long wear don't want you changing the formula. Maybe make the ingredients cleaner? That's cool but don't mess with the coverage. That's the whole point of this product. Please bring back the classic we all love.

Didn't like at all

I received this complimentary from top box circle and estee lauder in exchange for my honest review. I found it very thick and it settled in fine lines and pores. Felt like I was wearing a mask ir clown make up. This def isnt meant for wonen over 35 without perfect skin.

Never Received

Hi, I never received this part of my order. UPS showed a signature was required for delivery, but I never signed for it. I can't rate or review an item I never received. I have requested a refund. I don't think I'll order online anymore. This was two items from one order that I didn't receive. I still like shopping at Macy's, but it appears that the quality control from the warehouse or their contracted shipper, UPS, failed to ensure I received my order. Thank you.

Love Double Wear

I have used this foundation for 20+ years. I hate that they are changing the formula, but change can sometimes be good! I have a new bottle coming soon, can't wait to try it!
