Dishonest Behavior

Why are you posting that you can keep the item "no need to return" when you have not delivered this particular item? I called, and I told you it is missing from the package. By saying you can keep the item, you are implying that I'm not honest. Find a better way to deliver your items instead of insulting others. You want customers to pay for what they did not receive? Instead of posting, keep your item; you should have said, "We apologize for not sending your item and charging you for it."
