Terrible product

Since Estee Lauder changed this formula, it's terrible. Doesn't feel like the original used to. I do not like it, and I don't believe I am alone there. I will never purchase this product again. Zero stars if that was a choice.

The Best!

I use this now because Estee Lauder stopped making "Idealist". It's equivalent to this. I love the texture and how soft it makes me skin feel. I use it for smaller pore size, firming and lifting, etc. It's really wonderful. I apply this first as the base, then the firming & lifting moisturizer cream for the face, neck, and eyes. Been using it for over 25 years.

Causes too much side effects, do not recommend

I’m 50 years old, combination skin type. Agree with others that this serum has different formula than the one they used to sell in purple bottles. This one causes my skin to slightly swell and produce too much oil even on the dry parts of my face and all over the area of application. I tried few times and unfortunately won’t be using it again. Besides, I was promised a gift with purchase, received an email with trucking number, then shortly after, another notification from Macy's about gift being cancelled
