Lovely to use
This is really lovely to apply, very cooling on the eye area. I vary the Estée Lauder eye cream I purchase as I'm uncertain which is best for my age and skin condition, this is as good as the others. The downside is you can't see how much is left to enable time to reorder.

Great New Product from EL
I am 72 yrs old and thks to the EL product line that I have been using forever, I am always complimented on my face. This will undoubtedly enhance the look of my eyes as well. Just started using product but truly feel good

Not recommended
It makes my skin super dry and after a week my eyelid looks like alligator skin I won't touch it again.

Not worth it
I am, and have been most of my life, a fan of EL. This device, however, did not deliver. I believe if you could put any cream into it and then have the tip to apply that cream, that you would feel some pretty good help from night time sleep puffiness, however, I am not convinced the cream is doing anything and don't believe the cream nor the device is worth the price point. I do use other EL eye treatments that I can say deliver. Also, this did not last even a month with morning and evening applications - I believe it probably would need to be replaced but there is no way in determining that until you simply cannot squeeze another drop out of the tube.

Handy little Eye Cream
Eye cream does the trick and the container is easy to pack and very handy. Only downside is that the pump doesn't work too well and needs several pushes before the cream comes up.

Product is nice, dispenser not so much
I have used this product maybe 6 times. The dispenser button that allows product to flow to the tip is apparently defective. I can't get anything out. I will also go to customer service to see if there is any recourse; but I am disappointed that I'm spending time on this. The product is too expensive to have issues.

Impressive!
This really a lovely product, well done EL! I love the feeling of the applicator, especially during my morning routine- leaves the skin so refreshed and well hydrated, awakens the look immediately.

Reduces puffiness under eyes
I really do like this product and have bought it numerous times. I do believe it reduces under-eye puffiness in the morning (I use other EL serums at night) and it blends right in without any tackiness. My only complaint, which is the same complaint I have for numerous EL products, is the inability to tell how much is left. So many of the EL containers with pumps are SO heavy, you think you have plenty of product left and suddenly nothing comes out and you're left high & dry (I live in a small town and it's not easy to go get product when needed). I wish there was just a small window that would show you how much time you've got to re-order!
