disappointed

Very disappointed with product. SKU vide didn’t match receipt and packaging appeared to have been previously used as there were fingerprints with makeup on the box that was open. Macys was unable to exchange the product and would only offer 25% discount ($10) if I kept the product. Product came in the mail but I had to return it via UPS or go to the mall. I took a full refund and shipped it back via UPS. Very disappointed.

The Smoother Does Not Work

This product is not worth the price because it did not work. It did not smooth fine lines. I do not recommend this product.

First breakout in 15 years

After 3 days of using this I had three pimples! I haven't had a breakout in over a decade. Returned through the app and for added fun when I brought it to the service counter with my QR code I was basically accused of stealing it. Wow.
