wish I read the reviews

I’ve had this for about 6 months now, and I love that it fits the small space I have it in, but just like the other reviews say, the foot rest is hard to bring down. We have to get off the chair and push it in. Also, the back part of the chair always seems to lean back and not standing in the upright position. A lot of money for not great quality.

Great for rocking and swiveling

Comfortable and sleek-looking chair. I appreciate the smaller size which fits me better than a traditional overstuffed recliner. I'm not using it as a nursery chair. It was easy to assemble, even for a solo woman of a certain age. The rocking and swiveling work well, but the reclining mechanism does not. The lever doesn't seem to do much, and it takes a lot of muscle to actually get the footrest to kick out, and to push it back in (manually). Still, overall I'm happy with it because I use the rock/swivel more than the reclining.
