the way is ship is no good when my chair arrive I open and all the chair damage I order 6 and call customer service and I have to way for ispector to supervise and they don't want to retur the money I pay for shipping

Trying to order Evolution Queen Ann Side Chairs

I have been trying to purchase three more chairs for my dinning room and you seem to refuse my purchase. Yes, my address is Bronx, NY. I understand that the chairs are in warehouse in California. Please make an exception as I am a regular customer of Macys.

Terrible Chairs!!

The only reason I gave these chairs one star is because the style of the chair is nice. Other than that these chairs are poorly made. I bought 4 table chairs and 1 arm chair in 10/2023. First thing we noticed was that the seat cushion of the chairs was very flimsy with very little cushioning. When you sit in these chairs, you feel the wood pressing against the back of your legs. Because we like the style of the chairs we purchased patio seat cushions for each chair. They were expensive, but they are the only things that make these chairs feel comfortable. They came fully assembled but by 11/2023 one chair leg was loose. Called Macy’s and they sent out a repair guy. By 1/2024 another leg on a different chair was loose. We are only two people and do not abuse these chairs, they are just very cheaply made.If you want comfortable chairs to sit in, do not buy these and waste your money! if you try to sit in these chairs longer than an hour, you’ll be sorry. We do not recommend these chairs!
