Rubbish

Macy's is selling a bunch of rubbish now for furniture chairs came broken. These people they have communicating with their customers the language is broken just like the furniture.....it very disappointing

My original chair broke. I order another Queen Anne Arm Chair. The one I ordered was different from the original. so I had five chairs alike & one that did not match. Then the arms and the holes did not match up . I had to get a technician to come & fix the problem

Color doesn't match picture

I bought these to use with my dining table which I purchased from Macys about 11 years ago. The legs from the old chairs broke so I decided to purchase the chairs trying to match to the old ones. But the color on the picture displayed doesn't look like the chairs I received. The wood is much darker and the seat fabric is lighter. I have little children and wanted darker fabric. I kept them because I threw away the old chairs. But Macys should take picture of the actual chairs they are delivering and remove this picture.
