Curtain rods are fine, just what I needed. Easy to install. My only problem was with delivery and return. I received the smaller rod, but got a package of blue velvet drapes instead of the larger rod. I contacted the customer service chat and explained to them what happened. They issued a return label for the drapes and sent me the correct item. A couple of weeks after getting a notification that my return was received, I got an email stating they were waiting for my return of the curtain rod and I would be charged for it if they didn't get it by a certain day. The whole problem was I didn't get the right item in the first place! I can't get through to anyone by phone and there's no email option to contact customer service. I'm not sure I would order online again.

The brackets are too flimsy and weak to hang 2 layer curtains.

Don't like this curtain rod too much. The other globe came off. Not a strong material at all. it looks nice after you hang it up. A little on the flimsy side. Not going to buy this style again. I need 2 rods not 1.

Looks Attractive
There are so many curtain rods but I am happy I got this. It has an elegant and modern look and that’s exactly what I wanted. It shows up so pretty. I was able to install easily and very pleased with quality of this rod. I got silver and it goes well with my French grey paint. Love it.

Beautiful Product!
Unfortunately, I got a defected product - the silver ball was bent and the trim surrounding it was also broken. So It wasn't a good experience out of the box. It was a nice sliver finish and the design on ends were beautiful. Since I only got one pair, I installed it in my closet window and for 2 weeks it held up well. I took it down only recently because I don't need it in my closet.

Gorgeous
I am very pleased with this curtain rod. It was very easy to install. The color is perfect. It is very heavy duty. Even with my heavy curtains it is not a problem. It will last a long time. It’s extendable and will work on many different size windows.

Even cute in a kids room
We hung this in our daughter's room and it's really cute! The only thing keeping me from giving this an excellent rating, is that the balls on the end are 'soft' and bend easily. It definitely gives the room a little something extra with the cool design.
