Zippers stopped working

The zip stopped working and derailed immediately after a month use. I don’t recommend for the quality

Poorly made zipper

I bought this bag just before school started for my daughter. After 2weeks one side of the zipper wouldn't zip together so we starting zippering it from the other side. Was just able to return it now since the other side wasn't closing either. Thank God for Macy's return policy!!

Bad Zipper

While this backpack is adorable and spacious, the zipper broke the first day of school.

Bad zipper

Looked cute online so we ordered for school. The zipper broke the first week of use. We were able to get it to realign at first but after two weeks it is completely useless.

Perfect bag

My daughter loves it so much!!! It’s just the right size of bag for her, the quality is good. Plus, she gets a lot of compliments from the school because of this bag.
