Love Love Love this pressure cooker!!

I first purchased the Power Pressure Cooker XL, but shortly after using it, the non-stick pot began to look terrible and it seemed to stop building up pressure properly - so I purchased the Fagor Model. The pot is ceramic, looks like new after 10 uses, pressurizes quickly and correctly each time and seems to cook foods better overall. Has a High and Low temp function and Saute and Brown settings making it more versatile than the PPCXL.
