Very unsatisfying customer

I’m so unhappy because you never said my package was arriving after Christmas!!!!! I ordered it on Dec. 18th, 2025 & it takes this long to receive my package but you still say online that we still have time to get our order by Christmas!!!!! That was NOT true for my order that I ordered on 12/18/25!!!!!!!! 😣😞😮😖😫😢😤

Unhappy

It was delivered opened and the only thing that was in the box was the comforter the sheep's were not in there. I would never shop Macy's ever again. Now my parent did not get his Christmas gift. If I could give it zero starts I would.
