Never received my order

I ordered furniture in June with an expected delivery date of August 6th, but I have not yet received my items. The delivery has been rescheduled three times and is now set for November 11th. I am very disappointed. Additionally, I spent two hours on the phone with customer services, trying to speak with a supervisor or manager. After waiting, I was told to call back again if I still wanted to speak with a supervisor or manager. This is unacceptable.

good quality and sturdy

this is a well built and heavy piece of furniture, with soft close drawers. Bloomingdales delivery was very efficient. it’s a slightly rustic look which is hard to tell from the pictures.
