Total Rip Off Never Again

I bought this and was told it was refundable, I returned it thru their return process and they acknowledged they received the return. They never contacted me, when I finally called them they said they were having trouble returning my payment! Months later they still haven't issued the refund, asked me for my card number and gave me no way to give it to them. Now they say the is some supplier who will decide about my refund. I will no longer trust Macy's!!
