poor customer service

Looked pretty online, it was a gift for my niece and was shipped to her so I did not see her reaction but I was very disappointed with MACY'S. When I went in on line to check tracking it was on sale and I called to get the adjusted price the girl could not give me an answer so I asked to speak to a supervisor and waited for more then 30 minutes then she came back on and said it was not possible. This is the second time this happened the first time I let it go, that's why I called but it did not help. customer service by phone very poor
