Love Fiesta!

Arrived Broken

I ordered this bowl on Black Friday sale, it arrived 2 weeks later and I could hear it rattling around inside the box before I even opened it. Yep it was wrapped so poorly it was shattered into 10 pieces. I called customer service to get a reshipment and they told me not to worry about sending back the broken bowl, they would send me a replacement right away. But naturally the item was out of stock by that time so I got a refund of my Black Friday sale price but had to find the same item elsewhere for full price. Super frustrating.
