So disappointed

First the good - the colors are bright and vibrant and I love the design. So cute. I looked at the size chart which says a medium is size 8-10. I wear an 8 in numerical women sizes. This shirt is very snug on me - too snug. No way is it an 8-10. The cotton is stiff. Maybe the cotton would soften up with washing but it's not worth the trouble to order up. I never thought this wouldn't work out. Now I have to print a label and take it to UPS. I didn't know that when I ordered. I won't order this brand again because of the cotton not being soft.
