stained jacket

I was so excited to get this jacket for my granddaughter and it is adorable but when it was delivered, it had a stain on the front where whoever packed it would have clearly seen it. Because it’s a final sale it cannot be exchanged. It is right on the front where it can be seen so she will never wear it. Very disappointed.
