No bloomers

I got this for my granddaughter. The dress is nice but there was no bloomer. I am very disappointed. The product posting is misleading.

I have purchase two of these and the bloomers do not come with outfit, I returned one of them and now I have to return the second one because the bloomers do not come in package, Dont waste your time purchasing it.
