Not my favorite

I bought the Inspire 3 to replace a Garmin tracker that is no longer available. The Inspire is so much more difficult and complicated to set up and to use. It doesn’t sync accurately to my phone and there is so much to remember in order to use the different functions. I really miss the simple one-button Garmin.

More Complicated than I’d Prefer.

This Fitbit was a replacement for my Alta HR, which I loved but which is no longer manufactured. The Inspire HR works for what I need— getting the time and my step count. However, it also has many features I don’t need (because I can get them on my iPhone when I want them). Information pops up when I don’t want it and doesn’t want to go away sometimes, which is annoying. Also, the steps are shown in tiny print and are difficult for me see in dim light. I wish Fitbit still made a basic model for people who just want to see what time it is and how many steps they have walked.

Unfortunately, had to return this item. When to trying to link it to my phone, customer support revealed that Fitbit will stop supporting this item within 6 months

Mine died with in 6 months very disappointed Worse yet…You Can Not Reach ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!

Not a morning sunshine product, or anytime of day.

The screen is so small I have to take my glasses out each time I want to check information other than the time. I've never worn a watch and didn't want to start now. I can really only see actual stats when I'm using the app. I HATE logging food on this. Its very poorly designed and hard to use, way too fussy and not intuitive at all.

Great if you never have to change the band

My old, beloved Alta HR finally died, so after some review, I settled on the Inspire 3. I recently purchased a new band because the one that came with it gave me a nasty contact dermatitis rash but changing the band is IMPOSSIBLE. You need have to have 3 hands (small hands, if you have average or large hands, forget it) just to get the new band on. I was struggling because the holes aren't deep enough to anchor one side of the pin while your trying to get the other side of the pin in. After about 45 minutes, I thought I finally got it but it popped off and the pin went flying, now without the pin, it's useless. If I had known it was this difficult, I wouldn't have bought it. my Alta so was so easy.
