Screen froze
Screen froze and can’t be reset. Will be contacting for warranty.
Fitbit Luxe
It would not pair with my iPhone after consulting Best Buy’s Geek Squad and my cell provider, Verizon. Forums online indicate that this has been a problem for others so I returned it. The data never synced properly. I was very disappointed because I really like the style of the tracker.

Works Great...Print is Tiny
Its light and feels great on my wrist. It holds a charge pretty long as well. It does what I need it to do, I guess the only complaint I have is while the time is in large print, the other print is so small, I can barely read it.
Bulky, heavy and sticky on the skin
It is bulkier that prior Fit bit products. The band is also sticky to the skin. Overall this watch feels sticky on the skin and is uncomfortable for working out.

Keep The Box.. Just in case
Purchased a fitbit for myself, but then my husband liked it so much that I had to go out the next day and get another one for myself. Unfortunately the one I purchased had a screen that stopped working. I purchased the second fitbit on 10/18 and when I tried to return it on 11/17 it was rejected a the counter since I did not have the original packaging. So disappointed.
