Wrong watch in box

I received a Versa 2 instead of a Versa 3 but the box that was shipped was marked as a Versa 3. Now I have to go into the store and return it.

Bought this watch July 2022. December 12/10/22, laying watching television, the whole face came off, and it just a blank screen. Cannot get it to work or snap back. So disappointed, I was better off keeping my Charge 2.

Waste of my money.

Stopped charging after a few months. i left it and after a few weeks begun charging again. Now it stopped charging for over 2 weeks and the display just got detached from the base. Basically this Fitbit is useless.

Malfunctioning

I am on my second replacement, the watch eventually malfunctions and stops working. This will be my last Fitbit, for the price you would expect a much better product

Do not buy this watch I purchased it even tho I knew the reviews were iffy. I thought maybe they got a bad watch but nope it’s all of them! I bought two and both didn’t work. I returned them the next day and got myself an Apple Watch.

The additional features on the watch are fantastic!!!! I love the large numbers on the screen, missed phone call number, and the text messages. This is my 2nd fitbit and its keeps getting better and better. :) Thanks Rev. Joyce

Nice color and feature

Still getting used to it. Not sure I care for the larger face, but I can see it at night w/out my glasses. Not able to use the functions I want easily so have to go back to review it more. Ordered a woven band. Do not like the silicone, sweat band. Had my other fit bit for more that 2 years but it went to fit bit heaven. So had to move up.

This Fitbit versa has a bigger face and some very nice options like recording blood pressure.
