Not as comfortable as the previous pair I owned
I purchased my first pair after a recommendation by my physical therapist. I have lower back issues and regular flip flops don't have any arch support and would hurt my feet & irritate my back after using them for extended periods. My first pair had great arch support and had the ability to absorb my weight (more "give") when walking/standing. I loved them & wore them out. I replaced them with this newer model. Although very well made, the are stiffer feeling & do not absorb as much impact as my original pair did. I am somewhat disappointed. They are definitely better than your standard flops, but in my opinion, something changed in their manufacturing process & they not nearly as comfortable and impact absorbing than my first pair of Fit Flops. I would still recommend them if you have back issues or feet get sore easily. They are still much better than your average flop. Hope this helps.

Excellent thick flops
a really comfortable product. Runs a little small but they fit. Makes you about an inch taller too since the cushion is so thick.

I love my FitFlop Surfers!
I have been wearing Surfers for several years. I have my work pair, my weekend pair for summer, my fancy weekend pair and my almost formal pair. I only wear FitFlop Surfers. I do not own shoes or other footwear. Please do not ever discontinue this model. I like all of the different colors. I wish you still had the leather Surfers. I had a pair once...they broke at the toe post.!

Love my Surfer Flt Flops
Bought these about 2 weeks ago and have been very impressed with the quality, fit and comfort. I have noticed a big difference in how much better my feet, ankles, knees and lower back are aligned. I don't have that nagging lower back pain at the end of the day like I did with regular flip flops. If your shoe size is a half size go up to the next available size...I am an 11.5 shoe and the size 12 Fit Flop fits perfectly.
