Very loose
The sandal bed was comfortable and the length was as expected, but it is extremely big. I always fit medium width shoes, never narrow or wide and I am not overweight, which can add size to a foot/ankle. There was so much extra room in the strap that holds the sandal on the foot, that my foot floated and the sandal barely stays on.

Hurt my heels
I wanted to love these sandals so much that I tried them on in the house and then threw the box away. After wearing them to do errands my heels hurts tremendously. I have worn fitflops in the past and loved them but these will be donated. So sad that I can't return them.
