Poor

I received these items mostly broken . I called twice the customer service twice the first one who I spoke with on 8/30/25 was Robert stated that I will get a refund in 48 hours and I will receive an email but never happens. On 9/3/25 I called again coz my refund did not appear in my account and no email. I was told that it has to be reviewed in 5-7 days. This is unfortunate that I did not have the chance yo open this package due to Drs appt. And recent eye procedure. I think this is not so fair that I am not given a chance to receive a replacement or a refund . I am a PLATINUM Member . I am not happy with this kind of Treatment towards to an Excellent Client like Me . This is very Poor 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻. Not giving recommendation .

Beautiful but not practical

It is a beautiful set but the fact that it is hand wash and not microwaveable is a show stopper.

dinnerware

lovely set, but too fragile. not dishwasher compatible. one salad plate arrived broken. soup plate very shallow. this is not a "bowl," it is a slightly indented plate. very disappointing.

Pretty but Broken

Product arrived with chipped pieces of broken plates throughout the box. Returning them. Buyer beware; they are also not dishwasher safe, so won't be exchanging them for an unbroken product.
