Shipped Wrong Item Hassle To Get Refund Help

I ordered this coffee table. But what I received was an end table instead. I triple checked my order details to make sure I didn’t accidentally order the wrong item. I did not. I was annoyed but figured there should be an easy fix. Wrong. I’m trying to get a refund and it’s showing I can get the cost of the item plus tax refunded but not the $10+ in delivery cost. So I tried a live chat agent about it but they can’t handle my return. I waited forever before giving up because like most people I have a job and can’t be on hold with chat support forever. I sent an email to Macy’s and their 3rd party company that sent the wrong item to try and get help and no response yet. Fool me once shame on you. Fool me twice shame on me. You won’t get the opportunity to do this to me again. I’ve already successfully efficiently and professionally placed and picked up 2 orders from IKEA instead. I hate bad customer service and I won’t waste my time ordering from Macy’s ever again.
