Horrible Quality, Shipping, and Damaged

After receiving this package, the box came completely destroyed. After opening the box, all parts of this closet were scratched, damaged, and several parts were missing. It also did not come with any instruction manual. Both Macy’s and the third-party seller are impossible to get a hold of. When you do actually get a hold of someone, there is nothing they can do for you nor do they have any urge to help you. This closet is nowhere near worth the price it is selling for. Save your money and save your time. Macy’s, do better.

Review Headline: Needs improvement

The cabinet arrived with some dents, which was disappointing. Also, the instructions were not very clear and the parts were not well labeled, making the assembly harder than expected. With better packaging and clearer instructions, this product could be much better.
