Not Up to Macy’s Usual Standards

I’ve been a loyal Macy’s customer for over 20 years and have always trusted their quality and value, which makes the Luxor 6-Drawer Double Dresser a real disappointment. It arrived missing key drawer components and hardware, a couple of the main panels were split—making assembly impossible. This piece doesn’t reflect the craftsmanship I’ve come to expect from Macy’s, though I believe this is an exception and not the norm.

Very bad quality

Bought this drawer thinking it’d be good quality for the price I paid. Not even a month after it being assembled and drawers are already coming apart. You have to assemble every piece together and the screws are never tight enough. The quality of it is worse than anything I’ve ever owned. Unfortunately I’m not able to return this item due to the time passed and a 30 day return policy. I’m very unhappy with this expensive purchase.
