Worst Nightmare

Terrible furniture, not made well. Drawers don’t close all the way and are difficult to open. Very unstable. Vendor said to send back the dresser in the box and to discard the one we put together. Then vendor doesn’t give me the full amount for two dressers. A month in, I still don’t have the refund amount returned to me, the Vendor is NOT responding to another email I just sent via the Macy’s website. I’m really disgusted with Macy’s as well. If being a Platinum Card holder on an American Express is of no value to them, what is the point of being a loyal customer?? I made another call to Macy’s again today. In the meantime, this nightmare continues. My review is a Zero for Macy’s, Vendor and junky dressers…Would NOT recommend.
