I’m on my second ring . First one diamonds fell out and they replaced ring . Second band diamonds fell out and macys said they couldn’t return after 30 days . Don’t waste your money … only wore the ring on occasion and is missing 6 stones after only 3 months…. Don’t waste your money !

Do Not Buy

I had my ring for just almost 2 months and a stone fell out and Macys said they couldnt do anything at all it was over the 30 day return policy ... I wanted a repair they were of no help at all

STONES FEEL OUT IN LESS THAN 60 DAYS

Unfortunately stones fell out within a very short time - less than 60 days. Now I am paying the same price as the ring to repair the ring. This is the 3rd time I have purchased jewelry from Macy's and this has happened. When they tell you to buy the insurance (more money) you should do it. Apparently they don't stand by the quality of the jewelry without it.
