This bracelet is gorgeous. It sparkles, it’s pretty. It’s not overwhelming. It will go with lots of outfits.

Wrong item
I was so excited for this to be back and stock and on special, so I made sure not to hesitate to order this time. However I am extremely disappointed that they shipped a completely different item, they were small stud earrings. They weren't even the same price point, not sure how that mistake happened... more training needs to be done to make sure this kind of mistake doesn't happen again. The worst part is I already have been charged for the item that I never received! I was told I could return in store to get a refund, but that wasn't the case. A store associate told me that the wrong item needs to be shipped out by UPS. So they were kind enough to say they would ship it out for me, but I will have to wait till Macy's gets the item back to get a refund and will take who knows how long for them to receive it and process the return. I don't think it's fair I'm being charged still though for something I didn't receive. Very upset about them not being more careful when packing orders.

I recently received an email asking for feedback on an item I purchased. However, I find this quite misleading, as I have yet to receive the item, and according to the store, it has only been shipped to them and not processed further. Despite reaching out, I’ve received no clear resolution or updates on when I can expect my order. This delay has been frustrating, and I’m very disappointed with the lack of support and communication. Given the circumstances, I believe it would be fair to receive a refund and the item, or at the very least, some form of store credit as a gesture of goodwill. I would appreciate a prompt response and resolution to this issue.

It's been 6 days and still hasn't processed this was a gift and now it's late I don't know what's going on but kinda don't need it the celebration is past what is the deal either send it or refund my money very disappointed
