Ring EASILY scratches & Macy’s won’t allow return

The metal used in this ring is very soft. The surface dulled within 2 weeks of wearing it. I am very gentle with my jewelry. I don’t wear it to bed, washing dishes, showering, etc. I tried to return the ring because of this and I was denied the return because they said it’s scratched. No, it’s not a quality setting! I have dealt with honest jewelers in the past & I’ve never had this issue. Maybe because these jewelers sold quality items and not junk.

Beautiful lab grown diamonds!

Beautiful ring! Diamonds are much bigger than I anticipated so it may be a bit to big for my engagement ring but is it ever really a problem to have diamonds that are too big?!

I love this ring!

This ring is so unbelievably sparkly! I walked into Kay Jewelers with it the other day to return a smaller carat ring I had bought from them and the woman at Kay didn’t know that they were lab diamonds and I didn’t tell her! The clarity is excellent.
