40th anniv Diamond fell out!

my husband proposed at Disneyland after 40 years. a week later a Diamond fell out and they won't let me exchange or return.. we don't have much and I didn't have a wedding ring. I can't believe macys would do this. this is not ok. If anyone at macys can help please someone notify me.

So stunning and sparkly!

This was a gift for my sister and she LOVED it. It’s very much her style not necessarily mine, but I was a convert once I saw it. It’s a nice size and looks incredible in the light. Best of all, besides my sis feeling so special, is that the diamonds are completely non-conflict.
