still not received

Ordered these a week before Christmas. According to their ad, delivery before Christmas was not an issue. Well it is. Tomorrow is Christmas and my order has not even been processed yet. My first attempt to order was canceled for reasons unknown, just like I read in prior reviews. I have purchased from Macy's in the past, but after this experience I can honestly say I will be moving on. Explains why all their stores are closing. Sad
