Order Never Received

I never received these earrings. I spoke with customer service three separate times and clearly explained that my delivery address was incorrect. I was told that if the address could not be updated, the order would be canceled. Each time, I was assured the order had been canceled. That turned out to be untrue. Despite multiple confirmations from representatives, the order was never properly canceled, and I am now left without the product and without resolution. This experience was misleading and extremely disappointing. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend purchasing from this company.
