Pebbled leather
What I received was a cheap-looking pebbled leather purse instead of the smooth, brown leather listed in the description. I have purchased this color and style twice before, and what I received this time looks like a knock-off. The quality isn't there, and even the gold-toned hardware holding the strap appears to be plastic, not a strong metal. I am really disappointed if this is the way Fossil is moving forward with its quality in the future.
Beautiful purse, bad strap!
I love this purse. The red is beautiful! The only downside is the long shoulder strap hardware has broken, now I can’t wear it cross body anymore. My friend also bought one and she Carrie’s a heck of a lot more in hers than I do, mine broke, hers is still going!

Great until strap broke
I got this bag as a birthday present from my mother in law in July (only five months ago) and I’ve used it everyday and loved it. But today the hardware on the crossbody strap broke and that was the only way I liked to wear the bag. Ironically it broke the day after I was telling a friend how I was ok with splurging on Fossil because I thought it was well made. I came on the website trying to find a replacement strap but cannot see that as an option anywhere. I also saw another reviewer seems to have had the exact same problem, so believe the reviews maybe look elsewhere if you mainly want to use this bag as a crossbody!

Jolie crossbody bag
I absolutely love this bag. The colour mink is a deep, rich, brown. Plenty of room in the bag for everything you need to carry. I really like the pocket in the seam of the bag to put my cell phone in and secure it with the snap provided. Absolutely worth the price and I am very pleased with my purchase.

Fix the hardware on the strap!
Looks like it's not just me having trouble with the hardware on the strap. The bag is great, but I cannot use it as a crossbody anymore. And it can't be fixed. So disappointing, the whole purpose of buying the bag and the matching wallet was that it was crossbody. I don't have a receipt because it was a gift.

Very plain purse
I've liked Fossil products and thought this purse would be a good size. It's is nice leather but it just wasn't a fit for me and I thought it was not worth the price, even on sale.

Cheap
This handbag is very cheap looking and also has a very bad odor! Not the same as the picture! Returning can not keep this bag in my house because of the bad smell!
