Unfortunately can't recommend it !

I love this bag but won't recommend it because it has been one problem after the other. First it was the zip, now one hook for the strap is broken and I can't get any cobbler to fix it !

Brown bags are not as pictured

The brown bag is not soft and slouchy as pictured it’s stiff grainy leather like all the other bags.

A bit disappointed

Very good quality purse but my one disappointment is the length of the crossbody strap. Fossil is usually great for their long straps and this bag doesn’t come close to the norm. Not sure if there is a strap that is longer, but I’m very sad after spending that kind of money on a “crossbody” purse. :(

Great purse but terrible lining

I love the look and durability of this purse. However the lining started to fray within months. I tried to fix with fabric glue, but it continued to fray. The lining has holes and is in shreds. I expected more from this brand. Need to replace after a year and a half.
