Strap falls out of side hooks

I really like my purse but the strap separates from the hooks on each side of the purse!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Is it possible that I can get a new strap?

Love it just as the picture!

Love it, perfect for every day bag, I use it both way, cross body and shoulder. The side pocket is perfect for key, metro card ..! Beautiful and stylist.

Maya Large Hobo in Brown

I love LOVE this bag. The large hobo is very roomy (in fact, I may have even been able to go with the next size down). Nonetheless, it has PLENTY of room for the tons of stuff I have to take with me every day. The quality is exactly what you would expect from Fossil; top notch. And the service and shipping from Macy's was excellent. Very pleased with my entire purchase experience. I'm even considering ordering the medium Maya hobo I love it so much!

I love this bag!

This bag is exactly what I was looking for as my go to daily bag as a professional working on Broadway. It's extremely well made, sturdy and BEAUTIFUL. I primarily wear it messenger bag style, however the shoulder strap works really well, especially considering I am only 5'0'' and not anywhere near the height of the model used in the product photos.
