Fossil Bund Band Watch

This watch is nice but huge. If you don’t have a large wrist it will twirl and flip around. The band is very stiff- unlike past Fossil watch bands.

Wary of 15% discount offer

Product is awesome. Loved my previous watch too. Little bit cheeky to see that they offer a 15% discount code on purchase but then there's nowhere to apply the code (That's obvious to the buyer) so you pay full price. This must be a common "thing", as I found many people caught out this way. You can of course return the item with the receipt and they can apply the discount then. Guess they know this to be a pain and therefore secure an easy 15% on most new sales. Left a bitter taste really. Fossil, make changes to the purchasing process to make it easier for a code to be applied.

Dear JPO, we are sorry for your experience. Please note that in case of such technical issues we always advise our customers to use a computer instead of a mobile phone (as well as goggle chrome as browser) to create the order, so that promo codes are being applied without any technical error. In case a promo code has not been applied due to such technical errors, we automatically refund if customer informs us. Hence no need to return the item for that. Also, we chose to provide a 15% promo on first purchase on the web site in order to make our customers happy, instead of "securing it". Hence you may simply contact us via the web contact form in order to request the refund, or try to pass the order on a computer instead of a phone.
