Loosened up in months

The hoop earring I have are very similar to this one but the one I bought in store is not online for some reason. Ive had these earrings since last September not even a year and I love them overall but just recently the back bit of the earring is very loose which is shocking to me because I’ve barely taken it off it’s always been on my ears and now the back bit just doesn’t even stick on it’s loose so keeps falling apart. I’m disappointed as good quality they look I guess they really aren’t as I’ve never had a broken earring before which have lasted me years. For this product I simply demand a refund for a same one hoping it doesn’t go loose again and have the same problem because it’s a shame considering how nice it looks.
