I would buy again and again.
I bought this watch for my son (he is 35 years old and a huge Harry Potter fan). Everyone at his work wanted to buy one too but they were out of stock. Ordering was easy and delivery was fast. I will buy again.

I wouldn't recommend.
The watch is truly beautiful but it arrived not working. I sent it back for a replacement and I didn't get a watch, they sent me a wallet instead! I had to send the wallet back and then I waited for days for an update about the watch and I was told it's gone. I don't think I can ever shop here again. I used to like fossil, but after this terrible experience, I can't.

These watched do not work
I was sent this watch 3 times and it does not work. Now I will have to send this to get repaired and it will be 4 weeks before I can wear this watch. Customer service resolving this issue has been below adequate.

Decepcionada totalmente lo compre para un regalo y vino con la batería muerta, ahora tengo que esperar ir a una tienda a ver si me areeglan eso la persona nunca pudo disfrutar el regaló por una mala venta BATERÍA DESCARGADA

Battery was dead
Shipped out with a dead battery. Perry lame to have to give the wife a new watch with a does not work.

I would not buy another Harry Potter Limited Edtion watch
This was a birthday present for my grandson who had a Harry Potter event for his bday and was so happy to receive his watch however quickly discovered that it didn't work. We hoping it is just a battery but due to weather we were not able to travel to get it looked at and when I called into Fossil for assistance was told there was nothing they could do - couldn't even send me a battery. This is the 2nd Harry Potter limited edition watch I've ordered with this same issue.

I liked it so much, I bought it twice!
Bought this as a gift for a friend. She says Fossil is her "favorite brand". This watch is of good quality and great looking. She says it's the nicest gift she's ever received. The watch is neither masculine or feminine. It went over so well, I bought it again, for another friend. This time, male.
