Terrible customer service.

Fossil sent my watch to the wrong address, I attempted to change the address immediately after the order was made, I was told I couldn't change the shipping address or cancel the order. Then they told me I have to tell FedEx to send it to a different address. FedEx said no fossil has to call them, I noticed fossil of this fact. They told me to just return the product...how can I return a product that isn't coming to my address but an address 2500miles away.Asked to have my case escalated, it's been 2 weeks no response. Fossil is a crap company with crap practices, I'm swearing them off just based on the horrible time I had with their customer service. Merry Christmas to whoever got my fossil watch instead of me.

Best gift that I've bought for myself!

This watch checks all the boxes. Versatile enough to wear with jeans on the weekend and classy enough to spruce up a nice outfit.

Quite Beautiful

The watch was stunning. Its made with a ceramic band and the head is slightly large for a women. Nevertheless,its very pretty and well made.
