Hi I bought this shoes and I’m being using this shoes randomly. The shoes are already broke on the bottom. I know is something wrong with the paré because I have more pares different models. Please I just asking for exchange because I like the shoes.

Not a Good Fit for Me

In sync with what some reviews said, I sized down a bit when I ordered these Franco Sarto loafers. They were very attractive shoes, but my heel seemed to slide too much for comfort and the front of the shoe seemed a bit tight. My feet are somewhat wide, though I normally wear a medium width; so the tightness was a surprise. I've always loved the look of Franco Sarto shoes, but I returned them.

Shoe slips off easily.

The shoe slips off my heel when I walk because the sole is so thick.
