Not too happy

I was so excited to get these shoes, I like the color, however, they are not comfortable to walk in. It felt like I was walking directly on the ground, no cushioning at all on the heels of my feet. They also felt uncomfortable on my baby toe (rubbing). I'd like to return them for a refund or exchange for something else.
