Great alternative

The color and style is definitely great. Regarding the fit- for thinner legs/ankles like mine I’d still prefer a tighter/snug fit so there’s No slouching going on but it’s not as noticeable. It’s also quite comfortable-wore them for the first time for 5 hours and my feet did well.

Problem Solved

For years I’ve struggled finding wide calf boots that fit well. However, Franco Sarto boots solve that issue! They’re stylish, comfy, and I have 0 complaints.

Great looking and comfortable boots!

Last year I bought a pair of these in brown. I loved them so much I wanted a pair in black, however they were sold out in my size. I waited a year and when they went on sale I purchased a pair. The brown boots I first purchased were a size 9. They were sold out of the 9 in black, so I purchased a size 9 1/2. Both pair of boots fit great. I would highly recommend these boots. Excellent quality, comfort and look timeless!

Love them!

I definitely love the boots! I wasn't unable to find boots that fit me. But after viewing the reviews I decided to order them and I'm so happy I did. Great material as well.

Good quality but too wide for my liking

Nice boots and I bought the wide calves because I usually need them but these are wider than I expected. The quality is very good but just a bit too wide even though I have wide calves they are even wide when I tuck in my pants.

Quality Lacking

Bought these and the color almost immediately started fading, they scratch very easily. I agree that these are not the best quality leather, which was surprising to me. I kept them because I got them on sale - nice height and width in regular, but they do slouch.
