Sorry but the shoe around the ankle gave me a bleed. I sent a review in my comments before and disappointed no one got back to me. The shoe is also showing signs of wear and tear is such a short period of time that I used them.

Worn out already

I've always loved Sarto boots. This pair however is awful. I've worn them 3 times and already the leather is dull and the covering peeling from the heel. I wish I could return them.

Disappointed

The people that pack the boxes for shipping need additional training. I received a size 10M inside a size 11M box. Now my size is sold out. I wouldn't be getting these booties. Thanks Macy's!

nice leather & love the buckle detail

Comfortable boots, however runs wide - my heel perimeter is not touched inside - I'm wearing very thick socks to be able to wear them - I should have sized down 1/2 size.
