Customer care didn’t help with my concern
I called the Customer care like Ryan S. asked that I do and it was of no use. They refused to help and got my details(I wonder why). I’m not happy with this purchase at all.

Comfortable
Very comfortable. Love them. T ried them at home and kept walking through the house and forgot i had shoes on.

The shoes run big almost immediately
The shoes run big almost instantly and I sent an email to make a complain but no one reached out. It’s not right or fair. It’s my 1st time purchasing your shoes and I didn’t get a response back. I chose my correct US size btw.. US size 10

Beautiful, comfy, lightweight, flattering
So beautifully made and to look at, like the ‘engineering’ lol and design, fit and how lightweight yet how it makes a statement, giving a clean, elegant finishing look, structure to any dress, shorts, any jean or trouser. It’s also a fresh, fun take on the loafer style. The colors are very rich and beautiful, looking deeply polished not shiny. and the metal chain colors on the brown, or the blk/burg vary and the dbl-link chain is really pretty and textural. First Franco Sartos loafer, not the last. The sz I picked was perfectly consistent with across the board shoe sizing at macy’s, etc. This is seasonless. In spr-summer, with those really light wash jeans: wide leg, barrel, baggy, distressed- these would look awesome. Fall-winter no brainer, with anything, perfect for the office.

Runs Big
Nice looking shoe but runs really big. I wear a 10 and ordered a 10 and they were really big. Had to return them.
