So painful
These boots are undeniably gorgeous—the leather and overall look are beautiful, which is why I splurged. Unfortunately, they’re very painful to wear. I work in an office and am seated most of the day, yet even brief walks (e.g., to the restroom) leave my feet aching. The arch support is basically nonexistent, and by day’s end I was hobbling. The heel isn’t even that high, so the discomfort was surprising. Sizing also runs a little large: I’m a true 10 and still had extra room at the toes; a 9.5 would likely fit better. As much as I love the style, comfort matters—these aren’t worth it for me. I’m contacting customer service to see if I can exchange/return after one wear.

I can’t review the boot because it’s not what I received!! Excitedly I open my Box to find a Naturalizer Combat Boot !!! So disappointed .. I ask for an expedited replacement which takes 3-5 days to process before estimated date of shipping and I have to return the wrong item to UPS. Just doesn’t seem right! I could see a mistake if the boots were similar BUT they are Not.
Too Stiff
I wanted to love these boots ao badly, but they are so uncomfortable. I cannot believe people said they wear these all day on their feet. The shaft is unbelievably stiff and makes it difficult to walk. The foot bed is narrow, and I have thin feet to begin with. They also have zero padding or give. I felt like I was walking on hard cement. They are beautiful, but they are not comfortable in the least.
Beautiful but not for me
The shoe is beautiful but so narrow, even for my narrow foot. Also walking in them is not so comfortable as they are stiff and dig into the shin of the leg.
Great quality dressy bottie
Good looking boot. Shaft is very stiff and heel is a bit higher than I have been wearing as of late but seems walkable and comfortable enough. I wanted a boot to wear with my business attire and this is it. Purchased dark brown color and it looks great with workwear. I think it was a great price for the quality.
