These sandals are very comfortable right out of the box. I really like the brown color and the leather is soft and thin so it's not stiff. Ot has a matte finish. I wear a 7 1/2 or an 8 and the 7 1/2 fits very well. They feel secure on the foot due to the ankle strap. The sandals may not be the best for a wide foot. I have a narrow, bony foot and these work very well for me. The toe and heel are squared and give the shor a modern, fresh look. The heel could be a tiny bit higher but that's just my preference. The shoes seem to be well made and Franco Sarto has made another quality shoe (which works for narrow feet, as well) in a market of dwindling quality and fewer leather shoes at a reasonable cost.

sandals not best quality!

Ráfia material separated on back of heel from shoe. Not good now has to reorder shoes 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️ hope next pair not messed up too .
